Indians are some of the smartest techies that I know.
And many of the smart ones are in Singapore.
They work for big MNCs like Google and Microsoft.
In terms of developing skill sets, they are my top 2 choices.
Also, for all the noobs, Indian developers are expensive. They are not cheap like what some of you are thinking.
As for @arc, I do not know them. I do not think we need a blockchain for Airplane and another chain for EV cars.
