Today's Trading Results: -7 Losses

Today I tried picking up some new garbage coins, but found it's not easy either. Essentially, picking garbage requires buying many targets to ambush. I see others buying coins with less than 100 addresses and very small pools—I'm afraid to buy even looking at them.

Tomorrow I'll continue playing the lick-and-flip strategy. As long as I gradually control my hands and discipline myself to grind properly, avoid getting greedy playing new launches, don't chase highs. The safety cushion is high enough. Once I practice the operations more steadily, I can increase my investment to better cover the costs of losses.

Starting today, I'm also synchronously recording Luffy's stone-picking method to practice. I think this is a good way for self-reflection and improving thinking.

1. What was the most turbulent thing today? My wife's job search has made no progress.

2. What was my first reaction then? Not working hard enough, not summarizing to optimize, useless.

3. What do I actually want (desire)? Want her to find a job, share the economic burden for me and the family, want to have money to spend.

4. What am I actually afraid of (fear)? Afraid expenses won't be enough, afraid of debt.

5. What excuses did I make for myself? Said you don't like to hear it anyway, afraid I'd nag, take it one step at a time.

6. What was the main stone I picked up today? Don't want to make full effort myself, don't want to step out of comfort zone, want others to help me.

7. If I encounter the same thing tomorrow, how will I choose? Pick up greed, put down fear accept blessings: continue keeping silent, trust her. Focus and work hard myself.
