If the new regulations are implemented, they will allow Futuros Perpétuos that meet investor protection and risk management standards to be traded on platforms under SEC and CFTC supervision, reducing capital outflow to overseas platforms and providing U.S. traders with products that have transparent leverage limits and robust risk management.
