I. Start Identity Verification

When the system prompts you to complete identity verification, a verification window will appear.
Please click “Continue” to enter the identity verification process.

II. Fill in Basic Information

1. Select your Country/Region of Residence
2. Select your Document Type (ID Card / Passport)
3. Confirm that all information is correct, then click “Next”

III. Document Capture & Verification

1. Please make sure you have granted your browser access to your camera
2. Follow the on-screen instructions to capture photos of your document

• Position the front side of the document clearly in front of the camera, then click the capture button
• Complete the capture of both the front and back sides as required

IV. Facial Recognition

1. Follow the instructions to complete the facial recognition process
2. Please ensure:

• Your face is clearly visible
• The environment is well-lit
• No hat, mask, or sunglasses are wo

V. Upload Proof of Address

Please upload one of the following documents issued within the last 3 months:

• Bank Statement
• Utility Bill
• Government-issued Address Document

Requirements:

• Full name must be clearly visible
• Address information must be clearly visible
• The document must be complete and unedited

VI. Complete Compliance Questionnaire

Please complete the compliance questionnaire truthfully based on your actual situation.
The questionnaire may include:

• Source of funds
• Occupation information
• Trading purpose
• Asset information

VII. Result Notification

After submission, the system will review your application.
You will receive the review result through:

• In-app notification
• Email notification

If additional documents are required, please follow the instructions and resubmit accordingly.
