Wu Shuo learned that on December 18th, according to the Dong-A Daily, the South Korean prosecutor's office recommended to the Seoul Southern District Court to sentence former Democratic Party member Jin Nanguo to six months in prison for falsifying parliamentary property declarations. Jin Nanguo was accused of concealing his Cryptomonnaie assets worth as much as 9.9 billion Korean won by falsifying property declarations in 2021 and 2022, part of which is converted into bank deposits to adjust the total assets, and the rest is still held in the form of Cryptomonnaie. The prosecutor pointed out that this behavior was aimed at obstructing the property inspection of the National Assembly Ethics Committee and was due to his failure to declare the Cryptomonnaie he held. The case is still under trial.
