To be honest, during these times, a quick move tests your sleep the most, if it rises you're afraid of missing out, if it falls you're afraid of going to zero, notifications can wake you up in the middle of the night.

Now I more like using a combination of grid + DCA, especially with protocols that look lively but have average retention, buying a little according to the rhythm, and if it falls, it's also collecting "real user" data; only when I have reviewed it myself and the flywheel is running smoothly do I dare to go a bit heavier, but I won't go all-in. Pessimistic on the surface, but my hands still add positions so I can sleep peacefully and continue reviewing the next day, otherwise it's just emotional trading.
