Trump vuelve a expresar optimismo sobre un acuerdo entre EE. UU. e Irán

Odaily Planet Daily News, local time May 6th, U.S. President Trump stated that he is optimistic about reaching a framework agreement with Iran, believing it “has the potential to yield results.” When asked about the specific timeframe for (reaching the agreement), Trump estimated “about a week.” During an interview on that day, Trump expressed optimism about the prospects of the U.S. reaching an agreement with Iran, stating that an agreement could include Iran transporting its highly enriched uranium to the United States. Trump said he feels the U.S. is increasingly close to reaching an agreement, “I think the chances of reaching an agreement are very high,” and both sides might reach an agreement next week to end this conflict. But he also threatened: “If they don’t agree, then we will carry out bombing.” When asked whether the possible agreement includes Iran transferring its highly enriched uranium out of the country or possibly to the U.S., Trump replied: “Yes, not ‘maybe,’ it will be transported to the United States.” Trump also said Iran will also commit not to operate underground nuclear facilities and “will abide by this arrangement in good faith for a considerable period of time.”
