Just now my phone popped up a red dot: a certain new season of points has started, I clicked in and saw a bunch of tasks, check-ins, sharing… Basically, this social mining now feels more like cultivating “badges” rather than earning profits. To get a status marker, I’ve spent time, only to end up watching rules change back and forth, my mindset first being harvested.

I now prefer to focus my energy on stable pools/structured ones, slower but I can sleep peacefully. Recently, the “compound returns” of staking and sharing security have been criticized as copycat schemes, which I can understand; after a while, the sources of risk become almost impossible to count. Anyway, I set a personal limit: do what I can calculate and endure a bit; for those who need to show presence every day… forget it, even potted plants need some time to water.
