Fnality Secures $136 Million in Series C Funding on September 23, 2025

According to media reports, Fnality completed a $136 million Series C funding round on September 23, 2025. The round saw participation from institutions including Temasek, WisdomTree, Citi, Tradeweb Markets, Bank of America, and KBC Group. Following this round, Fnality’s total funding has reached $294.2 million.Fnality originated as a research initiative exploring how distributed ledger technology (DLT) could transform financial markets. The project was launched by a consortium of financial institutions interested in leveraging blockchain and DLT to settle securities transactions through the tokenization of cash assets. Known as the Utility Settlement Coin (USC) project, its primary objective is to create a peer-to-peer digital cash asset to enable final settlement of tokenized transactions.Fnality has demonstrated steady growth over recent years. After securing $63.2 million in Series A funding in June 2019 and raising $95 million in Series B funding in November 2023, this latest round further affirms market confidence in its technology and development prospects.
