The round saw participation from Electric Capital, Shima Capital, Taisu Ventures, Bing Ventures, and Bloccelerate, among other investors. Following this financing, Ava Protocol’s total funds raised have reached $10 million.Ava Protocol is an intent-based Eigenlayer AVS protocol that delivers private, autonomous transaction services across multiple sectors, including DeFi, NFTs, and gaming. Leveraging an event-driven execution model, the protocol enables cross-chain transactions triggered by signals such as time, price changes, and smart contract updates. Developers can easily schedule and automate functions across various blockchains—including Ethereum—ensuring efficient, reliable execution while maintaining user privacy.Notably, on June 7, 2024, Ava Protocol underwent a rebranding, changing its name from OAK Network to its current identity. Previously, the project raised $5.5 million in seed funding in February 2022. Its features—such as scheduled payments, stop-loss orders, and streaming rewards—are enhancing the practicality and convenience of decentralized applications and are expected to further drive the expansion of blockchain use cases.
