As the list of supported currencies radically increases, we will be introducing a new withdrawal limit, effective in a week, to provide a better user experience by catering for your needs. The new withdrawal limits will be a combined limit between all currencies, here are details
- New accounts will have an initial withdrawal limit of $100,000 USDT
- Accounts that have passed KYC1 check will have a 2,000,000 USDT withdrawal limit.
- Accounts that have passed KYC2 check will have a 5,000,000 USDT withdrawal limit
- Withdrawals and Push transfers are both included in the total withdrawal limit.
Please note,
- The above withdrawal limit is based on a 24-hour cycle.
- The withdrawal limit is a net limit, any new deposits made within this 24 -hour cycle will be offset from the withdrawal limit, on condition the deposit is made with a mainstream currency.
For quantitative teams and professional traders, should the new withdrawal limits not meet your requirements, you may submit a ticket to increase your withdrawal limit. Previously increased withdrawal limits for certain currencies will be invalid when the new withdrawals limit takes effect. Friendly reminder: Please ensure you have done everything to enhance your account security (e.g. Google Authentication, Phone number verification, Step 2 Login Verification, etc) before you request an increased withdrawal limit.
