I. Start Identity Verification
When prompted to complete identity verification, a verification window will appear. Click [Continue] to begin the verification process.
II. Enter Your Basic Information
- Select your Country/Region of Residence .
- Select your Document Type (ID Card or Passport).
- Check that all information is correct, then click [Next] .

- Make sure your browser has permission to access your camera.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to capture your identity document:
- Position the front of your document clearly within the camera frame, then click the capture button.
- Capture both the front and back of the document as required.
V. Facial Recognition
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete facial recognition.
- Make sure:
- Your face is clearly visible.
- The environment is well-lit.
- You are not wearing a hat, mask, or sunglasses.
V. Upload Proof of Address
Upload one of the following documents issued within the last 6 months :
- Bank statement
- Utility bill
- Government-issued proof of address
Requirements:
- Your full name must be clearly visible.
- Your address must be clearly visible.
- The document must be complete and unedited.
I. Complete the Compliance Questionnaire
Complete the compliance questionnaire accurately based on your actual circumstances.
The questionnaire may include:
- Source of funds
- Occupation
- Trading purpose
- Asset information
VII. Receive the Verification Result
After submission, your application will be reviewed. You will receive the verification result via:
- In-app notification
- Email notification
If additional documents are required, follow the instructions to provide and resubmit the requested information.
