Hong Kong Asia Holdings officially changed its name to Hengyue Holdings, with the stock code 1723 remaining unchanged.
According to the Gate News bot, the Hong Kong Stock Exchange announced that the original HK Asia Holdings Limited has completed its name change to Moon Inc. on June 2 and has received confirmation from the Hong Kong Companies Registry. The company’s stock code remains “1723” unchanged, and the existing shares continue to have legal effect. The name change has not affected the shareholders’ equity or the operation of the group.
