Reward 1: Welcome Bonus for New Users
Reward 1 is available to eligible users who have not completed their first deposit or Spot trade before the campaign begins, regardless of their registration date.
Task 1: Complete KYC and make your first deposit to earn a 15 USDT Token Voucher
New users who complete KYC during the event and have net deposits of at least 50 USD equivalent by the end of the event period receive a Token Voucher worth 15 USDT. Net deposits means your total deposits minus your total withdrawals during the event, measured at the end of the event period.
Task 2: Make your first Spot trade of 50 USDT or more to earn another 15 USDT Token Voucher
New users who complete a Spot order of at least 50 USD equivalent that is filled during the event receive a Token Voucher worth 15 USDT. This trade also counts toward Reward 2 for that trading day.
Reward 1 is limited to the first 500 new users who complete Task 1. Maximum 30 USDT in Token Vouchers per user.
Reward 2: Daily Spot Trading — Earn Up to 40 USDT Worth of BTC for All Eligible Users
During the event, every eligible user who reaches at least 50 USDT in Spot trading volume in a trading day receives a BTC Token Voucher worth 5 USDT for that day. You can qualify on up to 8 days.
The days do not need to be in a row.
Each trading day runs from 10:00:00 AM ET to 9:59:59 AM ET the next day.
The total pool is 10,000 USDT worth of BTC Token Vouchers. Rewards are given in the order users qualify each day, while the pool lasts.
Note: You must activate and redeem your Token Vouchers within 7 days after it is issued, or it expires. Once redeemed, the voucher's face value will be credited to the user's Spot Account in in USDT or BTC.

Event Rules:
- All participants must comply with the Gate US User Agreement and complete KYC verification to participate. Users must click the "Join Now" button to register for the campaign. All qualifying activity during the event period counts, whether it happens before or after you click Join Now."
- This event is open to eligible users who have registered for the campaign, are at least 18 years old, have a verified Gate US account in good standing, and reside in a supported U.S. state or territory. - Reward 1 is available to new users only. "New users" are defined as users who have not completed their first deposit or Spot trade before the campaign begins, regardless of their registration date. Reward 2 is open to all eligible Gate US users, including both new and existing users.
- Deposits can be made by blockchain transfer or bank card. Funds transferred from other Gate US accounts do not qualify as valid deposits. Net deposit = total deposits − total withdrawals. Deposits that are reversed, charged back, or disputed do not count, and Gate US may cancel a reward if the deposit behind it is reversed."
- All supported assets, including digital assets, count toward the deposit requirement. Deposits are valued in U.S. dollars using the Gate US reference price at the time the funds are credited to your account. Later price changes do not affect whether you meet the requirement.
- Trading Volume = Buy Volume + Sell Volume. Normal buy and sell orders count, including buying and later selling the same asset. The following do not count: trades where you are on both sides of the order, trades between accounts that belong to the same verified person, and trades that Gate US identifies as wash trading or market manipulation.
- Rewards will be distributed in the form of Token Voucher. Rewards will be distributed within 14 business days after the event ends, subject to eligibility verification and anti-abuse checks. Users can check the rewards in the Vouchers .
- Token Voucher will be valid for 7 days from the date of issuance. Once redeemed, the corresponding USDT or BTC will be credited to the user's Spot Account and may be used, transferred, or traded in accordance with the platform's standard rules. Token Vouchers cannot be transferred and have no cash value until redeemed. See the Token Voucher Guide for details.
- Token Vouchers have no cash value outside the Gate US platform and are non-transferable. Gate US will not distribute rewards to accounts that are closed, suspended, frozen, or restricted at the time of distribution. Any reward discrepancies must be reported to support@gate.us within 30 days after distribution. Gate US will process information related to this campaign in accordance with the Gate US Privacy Policy.
- BTC Token Voucher Rewards: Reward values are denominated in USDT and distributed as BTC Token Vouchers. The BTC amount will be calculated using the Gate US BTC/USDT reference pri ce at the time the Token Voucher is issued and r ounded down to the nearest satoshi. The USD value of BTC may fluctuate after issuance, and Gate US does not guarantee its value thereafter.

- Subaccounts will not be considered independent participants for this event, multiple accounts under the same identity will be treated as one user. Subaccount trading volume will not be counted towards the main account.

- Gate US reserves the right to disqualify participants engaging in fraudulent or manipulative activities, including but not limited to fake trading, wash trading, bulk account registration, and other abnormal operations. Violations may result in reward cancellation and account review.
- Market makers, enterprise and institutional accounts, accounts participating in Gate US affiliate or referral commission programs, employees or contractors of Gate US or its affiliated companies, and members of such employees' or contractors' immediate households are not eligible to participate in this event.
- Gate US reserves the right to modify or terminate this promotion on a prospective basis only.
Rewards already earned based on completed qualifying activity prior to any such modification or termination will be honored, subject to standard fraud prevention checks.
