According to Odaily, on September 1, Gate US subsidiary Gate Futures LLC completed registration as an Independent Introducing Broker (IIB) with the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) and became a member of the National Futures Association (NFA). Gate's August 2026 transparency report showed total reserves reached $8.215 billion with an overall reserve ratio of 127%, including 22.79% excess reserves for Bitcoin and 22.05% for Ethereum, plus 111.63% reserves for stablecoins.
