UBS Raises S&P 500 Year-End Target to 8,100 Points, Sees 6% Upside
According to UBS Global Wealth Management, the banking giant raised its year-end target for the S&P 500 to 8,100 points on Thursday, expecting 6% upside from the index's close of 7,641.16. UBS also lifted its mid-2027 target to 8,400 points, citing strengthened corporate profit outlook and robust earnings growth into 2027. The bank also raised its 2026 S&P 500 earnings-per-share forecast to $350 from $335, and its 2027 estimate to $400 from $375.
