Security Advisory: FomoPeek Malware Risks and User Protection Guidelines

Our security team is aware of the malicious code in the FomoPeek app that exploits iOS vulnerabilities to attack other apps on the same device.

With our risk control systems continuously running in the background, no Gate users have suffered any losses. However, FomoPeek's malicious code is capable of accessing your clipboard, scanning sensitive data, and stealing login credentials — putting any wallet app on your phone at risk, including any seed phrases that aren't stored securely. If you have FomoPeek installed, act now:

Uninstall FomoPeek immediately. Update your iOS to the latest version. Restart your phone, then log back into Gate and any other apps. Transfer your Web3 wallet assets to a secure address.
