After a period of phased internal testing and optimization, Gate TradFi has officially completed public testing and is now fully launched and open to all users. Gate TradFi now supports Contracts for Difference (CFDs) on traditional financial assets including metals, foreign exchange, indices, commodities, and selected popular stocks, fully integrated into the Gate trading ecosystem to deliver a unified account and one-stop trading experience.

TradFi is now fully accessible via both the Web and App Versions. Users can trade directly through their browsers without installing additional software or switching applications, significantly improving accessibility and convenience. You can now access the TradFi homepage, trading interface, and contract markets directly in your browser, seamlessly connected with your existing Gate account system and trading workflow for greater efficiency.

1. What Is Gate TradFi?

Gate TradFi is Gate’s newly launched multi-asset trading gateway. Through Gate TradFi, you can:

• Use USDT as collateral on the Gate platform to trade traditional financial instruments, with no additional software installation required.
• Enjoy one-stop access to multiple asset classes, including gold, foreign exchange, global stock CFDs, major indices, and commodities.
• Benefit from a unified account experience , managing both crypto and traditional assets within a single Gate account to simplify portfolio allocation.

2. How to Trade on Gate TradFi

Trading TradFi via the App

• Update the App : Upgrade your Gate App to version V8.4.0 or later and restart it.
• Access Point : Open the Gate App and select the “TradFi” tab from the navigation bar.

• Risk management is based on margin-ratio liquidation mechanisms to help control exposure during volatile markets.
• Differentiated leverage limits by asset class, with up to 500× leverage for major assets such as FX and indices.

4. Regional Restrictions & Risk Disclosure

• Gate TradFi services may be restricted in certain jurisdictions; users in some regions may not have access.
• To ensure system stability, TradFi access may be rolled out gradually. When capacity is full, the status will show “Under Review.” Once approved, access will be activated automatically—simply refresh or re-enter the TradFi page.
