The latest report released by Gate Research Institute, “Gate Research Institute: 2025 Global Crypto Industry Employment Trends Report”, points out that despite the global economic slowdown and the impact of AI on traditional employment structures, the crypto industry continued to grow against the trend in 2024–2025. The industry’s total market capitalization surpassed $3 trillion, making it one of the most dynamic and technology-driven emerging economies in the world. According to the report, technical positions account for more than 50% of total crypto jobs, while the AI+Crypto and RWA (Real World Assets) sectors are rapidly emerging. Asia has become the fastest-growing employment market, North America maintains the highest salary levels, and remote as well as decentralized organizational models are becoming mainstream.
