Event 1: Invite Friends to Complete Their First Web3 Meme Trade
During the event, generate your referral link and invite a friend to download the Gate App and create a wallet. Once the invited friend completes their first net Meme trading volume of ≥ 10 USDT, it will be counted as a "valid invite". For each valid invite, the inviter earns a 1 USDT reward. The more invites, the more rewards. Each person can earn up to 100 USDT on a first-come, first-served basis.

Event 2: Web3 Meme Trading Tiered Rewards

During the event, users with an individual minimum Meme trading volume of $500,000 or more will receive $288, limited to 1 winner;
Users with an individual minimum Meme trading volume of $200,000 or more but less than $500,000, will receive $100, limited to 1 winner;
Users with an individual minimum Meme trading volume of $100,000 or more but less than $200,000, will receive $50, limited to 1 winner;
Users with an individual minimum Meme trading volume of $5,000 or more but less than $100,000, will receive $10, limited to 5 winners;
Users with an individual minimum Meme trading volume of $1,000 or more but less than $5,000 will share a 10,000 USDT prize pool proportionally based on their trading volume.
The top eight users will receive a first-come, first-served bonus.

Double Commission for Web3 Referrals: 30% Commission For You + 20% Commission For Your Friends
During the event, new users who register with your Gate Wallet referral link or referral code will earn you 30% of their trading fees as commission. Friends who create a new wallet and bind your referral code within 7 days will receive a 20% rebate on their own trading fees. Wallets created before July 15, 2025, can also access an exclusive perk—claim a limited-time 20% trading fee rebate, valid for 365 days.

Important Notes:

1. All rewards will be distributed within 14 working days after the event ends.
2. Net Deposits = Total Deposits During the Event – Total Withdrawals Before Reward Distribution. Internal transfers do not count as valid deposits.
3. Net Trading Volume = Buy Volume – Sell Volume.
4. Only users who have completed identity verification can participate, and each participant may only use one account. Subaccounts will not be considered as separate accounts for this competition. "New users" under the same identity verification are not allowed to create multiple wallet accounts to join the event. Existing wallet accounts that are deactivated and reopened will also not be regarded as "new users".
5. Gate reserves the right to disqualify or cancel the participation of any user engaging in fraudulent, manipulative, or deceptive activities, including but not limited to wash trading, improper matching, mass account registration, or any other abnormal methods of participating in the event. If any suspicious activities are detected, such as fraud, self-trading, wash trading, matched orders, or market manipulation, the participant's eligibility and rewards will be revoked.
6. If a user participates in multiple events during the same period, only one reward will be granted, based on the highest value. Gate reserves the final right of interpretation for the terms of this event.
