Note: The victim or informant reporting the theft must complete KYC verification on Gate Dubai. All information provided must be legal and truthful. False or malicious reports will not be processed and may result in account review.

  1. If currencies stolen by hackers from wallets or other exchanges are confirmed to have entered Gate Dubai, the victim or informant must provide screenshots of the transfer records, transaction ID, transfer addresses, all related blockchain transaction links, and a detailed case description.

  2. If you wish to report that someone transferred illegally obtained currencies to Gate Dubai, you must provide detailed evidence including screenshots of transfer records, currency type, transfer amount, transaction ID, and a case narrative.

  3. If funds obtained through fraudulent offline transactions are suspected to have entered Gate Dubai, the victim or informant must provide all transfer records and a detailed case description.

For cases where the victim or informant provides all required information, once Gate Dubai receives sufficient evidence suggesting potential illicit activity, the matter will be referred to law enforcement for further review.
We recommend that within 24 hours of reporting to Gate Dubai, victims or informants also report the case to the police. The police receipt should be submitted to Gate Dubai as soon as possible so Gate Dubai can cooperate with relevant judicial authorities in accordance with applicable Dubai laws. Without a valid legal request, Gate Dubai cannot freeze or release user assets at its own discretion.

In addition, if law enforcement requires Gate Dubai's assistance, please send an email to regulatory_dubai@gate.com . The email must include the officer's ID information, police case files, and instructions on how Gate Dubai should assist. If the suspect's account needs to be frozen, a court order must be provided.

When cooperating with judicial authorities, Gate Dubai will comply with local laws and actively assist law enforcement. Once a case is confirmed as a criminal matter and the suspect's account is frozen under a court order, the victim or informant must provide necessary materials to Gate Dubai and law enforcement to facilitate asset recovery.
