11. Gate Australia reserves the right to withhold, delay, cancel, or reclaim any rewards where required for AML/CTF, fraud prevention, risk management, or regulatory compliance purposes. Users who are found to have engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or non-compliant activities may be disqualified from the campaign and any rewards may be forfeited or recovered.
