Two weeks after the ceasefire between the US and Iran, Trump announced victory, Iran announced victory, and Israel announced victory.
Trump stood in front of the camera, gesturing wildly, yelling at the top of his lungs: "America won big! Does Iran dare to fight back? That's because it’s scared! Zero casualties is an epic-level victory!" He completely ignored the awkward embarrassment of an aircraft carrier withdrawing overnight and missiles striking empty bases, and his stubborn mouth was as hard as welded steel—turning “didn’t suffer a big loss” into “sweeping the world.”
Iran wore a face full of tragic resolve and smug pride: “We won big! Revenge succeeded, and the hegemony has been pushed back!” While flashing missile launch footage, they covered up the facilities that were bombed and smoking, packaging “symbolic retaliation” as “a complete victory over the US,” and their slogans were louder than the blasts.
Israel knows best how to ride the hype. On one hand, it was blowing things up to its heart’s content; on the other, it loudly declared: “We’ve also won big! Revenge is avenged, security is stable, and the Middle East still has to look to us!” It insisted that its operations to stir up trouble were “protecting peace,” with such thick skin it could stop bullets.
Most magical of all are A-share investors. They stare at the market with everything turning red and slap their thighs: “We’ve also won big! Finally, there’s hope of getting back to even!” Then they turn to check their accounts—none of the money they lost has even come back, not even a fraction. Their earlier euphoric joy instantly turns into a bitter smile, and all they can do is console themselves: “If it’s up, then it’s a win.”
In this century’s biggest battle, nobody really wins—everyone’s just winning with words. Trump wins votes, Iran wins public sentiment, Israel wins strikes, and investors win illusions. The so-called “double win, triple win” is nothing more than the world’s top “winning master,” taking self-deception to the extreme!#Gate广场四月发帖挑战
