Golden Finance News reports that on April 8, according to three Iranian officials, amid Pakistan’s urgent mediation and other countries’ last-minute intervention urging Iran to show flexibility and ease tensions, and amid growing concern among all parties that damage to critical infrastructure would deal a severe blow to the economy, Iran accepted Pakistan’s proposed two-week ceasefire.
