Jinse Finance reported that on April 2, the General Office of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology issued a notice on launching a special campaign to enable small and medium-sized enterprises’ development through inclusive computing power.

It mentions developing an innovative computing power service model for broad public access. Improve the small and medium-sized enterprises section on the China computing power platform, the computing power resource matchmaking section on the China small and medium-sized enterprises service website, and the national computing power internet service node section (collectively referred to as the small and medium-sized enterprise platform sections). Facilitate precise matching between small and medium-sized enterprises’ demand and the supply of computing power resources, and promote flexible payment models such as charging by “card-time,” “core-time,” and Token-based billing.

Explore innovative businesses such as “a computing power bank” and “a computing power marketplace.” Support small and medium-sized enterprises in depositing idle computing power resources, and enable flexible deposit and withdrawal through cross-regional and cross-period scheduling. Implement the plan to support the entrepreneurship of small and medium-sized enterprises in artificial intelligence, and encourage relevant local departments to provide subsidies to small and medium-sized enterprises aligned with industrial directions via the small and medium-sized enterprise platform sections, in the form of “computing power vouchers,” “storage power vouchers,” and “transport power vouchers,” simplifying the process for obtaining and using them.
