FTX founder SBF's bail guarantor revealed, including the former dean of Stanford Law School
Golden Finance reports that on March 31, the identity of FTX founder Sam Bankman-Fried’s bail guarantors has been disclosed. This includes former dean of Stanford Law School Larry Kramer and research scientist Andreas Paepcke. They provided bail guarantees of $500,000 and $200,000, respectively.
The report states that the bulk of the $250 million bail for SBF was mainly secured by his parents’ properties in California. Previously, his lawyers had tried to keep the guarantors’ identities confidential, but the court, at the request of the media, ordered the information to be made public. At present, the related case is still ongoing, and SBF faces multiple fraud charges.
