Golden Finance reports that AI startup Reflection supported by NVIDIA has raised its funding target to $2.5 billion, with a valuation potentially reaching $25 billion. If achieved, it will become one of the largest funding rounds in the open-source AI field. The company was founded in 2024 by former Google DeepMind researcher Misha Laskin and Ioannis Antonoglou, headquartered in New York. It is dedicated to building a freely accessible and customizable open-source AI model ecosystem in the United States, aiming to develop a technical network on NVIDIA’s chip ecosystem that competes with overseas players.

Sources say that JPMorgan Chase plans to participate in this round through its “Security and Resilience Program,” and existing investor Disruptive is also expected to follow on.
