Gate will support the conversion from $HT token to HTX DAO (HTX). The exchange ratio is based on a fixed ratio of 1 HT:1,000,000 HTX, and the exchanged new $HTX tokens will be 100% unlocked with no lock-up period. The exchange is voluntary and Gate will provide seamless token swap services for users.

Gate will take the following specific steps for the exchange:

1. Gate will configure the HTX/HT trading pair.
2. The HTX DAO (HTX) project owner will place HTX/HT sell orders for exchange at a fixed price ratio of 1 HT:1,000,000 HTX.
3. HTX DAO(HTX) conversion will start on January 30th, 2024 at 01:00 AM (UTC).
4. Exchange period: January 30th, 2024 01:00 AM (UTC) - February 2nd, 2024 01:00 AM (UTC)
5. HTX DAO(HTX) unlock rule: 100% unlock.
