Kroll assigns Ripple Prime a "Medium Quality" BBB rating

Golden Finance reports that on April 3rd, Kroll Bond Rating Agency (KBRA) rated Ripple Prime's US broker-dealer and holding company as "Medium Grade" BBB, the lowest investment grade. Ripple Prime provides integrated trading, lending, and settlement services for institutional investors. KBRA noted that this rating reflects its business is still in the "expansion phase," with revenue mainly derived from exchange derivatives clearing and short-term government bond financing.
