Former White House economist: The probability of the U.S. escalating the Iran war exceeds 50%, and the Fed has no choice but to raise interest rates

Golden Finance reported that on March 27, former White House economist Nouriel Roubini predicted that President Trump is more likely to escalate the war against Iran to secure a victory rather than retreat and risk more severe consequences for the economy and international order. He stated that the probability of escalation is over 50%. He also mentioned that there will soon be a change in the leadership of the Federal Reserve. “The new Federal Reserve chairman cannot destroy their reputation at the beginning of their term,” so they may have no choice but to raise interest rates.
