According to industry reports, decentralized video streaming network Livepeer completed a $20 million Series B funding round on July 29, 2021. Investors in this round included Digital Currency Group, Coinbase Ventures, and CoinFund. With this latest round, Livepeer's total funding has reached $51 million.Livepeer is a decentralized video streaming network focused on providing development services for video streaming applications. As the real-time media layer within the decentralized (web3) technology stack, the platform operates through a decentralized node network managed by token holders.
