According to industry sources, Aria raised $15 million in Seed funding on September 3, 2025. The round was backed by investors including Polychain, Story Protocol, and Neoclassic Capital. Following this round, Aria’s total fundraising has reached $25.95 million, with a latest valuation of $50 million.Aria is an innovative platform integrating real-world assets (RWA) and intellectual property (IP), focused on compliant tokenization and decentralized management of RWIP (real-world intellectual property). The platform enhances liquidity for RWIP through secondary trading and lending markets, enabling distributed ownership and decision-making mechanisms. It also supports remixing and derivative works, generating new revenue streams.Notably, after this funding round, Aria rapidly initiated several key business developments. On September 22, 2025, Aria launched Aria PRIME, an on-chain IP investment platform tailored for institutional clients.
