Event Rules & Notes:
- All participants must comply with the Gate US User Agreement and complete KYC verification to participate. Users must click the "Join Now" button to register for the campaign. Only eligible trading activity completed after successful registration and during the campaign period will count toward the campaign requirements.
- Participants must be at least 18 years old and have a verified Gate US account that is not suspended or restricted. Participation is limited to U.S. states and jurisdictions where Gate US services are available; certain states, including New York, are not supported. Please refer to the Gate US Licenses page for current service availability and licensing information.
- Trading Volume = Buy Volume + Sell Volume. Gate US will exclude self-trading, trades between accounts associated with the same verified individual, wash trading, and any transactions that Gate US determines were conducted primarily for the purpose of artificially generating trading volume from the trading volume calculation.
- Gate US will distribute rewards in the form of USDT Token Vouchers within 14 business days after the end of the event, subject to eligibility verification and anti-abuse checks. Eligible users can view their Token Vouchers under Vouchers.
- Token Voucher will be valid for 7 days from the date of issuance. Once redeemed, the corresponding USDT will be credited to the user's Spot Account and may be used, transferred, or traded in accordance with the platform's standard rules.
- Token Vouchers have no cash value outside the Gate US platform and are non-transferable. Gate US will not distribute rewards to accounts that are closed, suspended, frozen, or restricted at the time of distribution. Any reward discrepancies must be reported to support@gate.us within 30 days after distribution. Gate US will process information related to this campaign in accordance with the Gate US Privacy Policy.
- Completion of an eligible task does not guarantee a reward. All rewards are subject to applicable participant limits and prize pool availability and will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last.
- Market makers, enterprises, institutions, affiliate accounts, and employees or contractors of Gate US or its affiliated companies, as well as members of their immediate households, are not eligible to participate in this event.
- Tax Disclosure: Any rewards or fee benefits you receive may be treated as taxable income. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your rewards. Gate US may require eligible users to provide a completed Form W-9 or other applicable tax documentation before rewards are distributed. Gate US does not provide tax advice. Please consult a tax professional if you have questions.
- Gate US reserves the right to disqualify participants engaging in fraudulent or manipulative activities, including but not limited to fake trading, wash trading, bulk account registration, and other abnormal operations. Violations may result in reward cancellation and account review.
- Gate US reserves the right to modify or terminate this promotion on a prospective basis only. Rewards already earned based on completed qualifying activity prior to any such modification will be honored.
- This promotion is void where prohibited by applicable law.
- Subaccounts will not be considered independent participants for this event, multiple accounts under the same identity will be treated as one user. Subaccount trading volume will not be counted towards the main account.
