Reward 1: Welcome Bonus for New Users

During the event, new users who complete the onboarding tasks — including KYC, deposit, and spot trading — may qualify to receive a portion of a 20,000 USDT promotional reward pool, subject to availability and on a first-come, first-served basis.

Task 1: Complete KYC & Make Your First Deposit to Earn a 10 USDT Token Voucher

New users who register on Gate US, complete KYC, and make their first net deposit of at least 5 USDT during the event can receive a Token Voucher worth 10 USDT.

Task 2: Make Your First Deposit of 50 USDT to Earn an Extra 15 USDT Token Voucher

After completing KYC, users who make a first net deposit of at least 50 USDT (maintained for no less than 24 hours) on Gate US may qualify to receive an additional Token Voucher worth 15 USDT.
Task 3: Complete Your First Spot Trade of 100 USDT to Earn a 15 USDT Token Voucher

Users who complete a first spot trade of at least 100 USDT during the event may qualify to receive an additional Token Voucher worth 15 USDT.

Maximum total reward: Up to 40 USDT in Token Vouchers per user.Limited to the first 500 eligible new users.

Note: Users can automatically receive the USDT token after activating the voucher from the Vouchers , subject to the Event Rules.

Reward 2: Invite Friends to Earn Exclusive Referral Rewards (Available to All Users)

During the event period, eligible users will receive a 10 USDT Token Voucher for each successfully invited friend who:

1. Registers through the inviter’s referral link or code;
2. Completes KYC; and
3. Reaches a cumulative Spot Trading Volume of at least 100 USDT during the event period.

Each eligible inviter can receive up to 50 USDT in Token Vouchers (up to 5 qualified referrals).

The total reward pool is 10,000 USDT in Token Vouchers, available on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last.

Event Rules:

1. Users participating in multiple Gate US events will only receive rewards from one event.
2. Reward 1 is available to new users only. "New users" are those who sign up on Gate US after the event starts. Reward 2 is available to all users who have registered for the campaign.
3. All participants must comply with Gate US User Agreement, and complete KYC verification to join. Users must click the "Join Now" button to register for the campaign.
4. Deposits can be made via on-chain transfer or bank card. Funds transferred from other Gate US accounts do not qualify as valid deposits.
   Net Deposit Amount = (Deposits + Fiat Purchases) - (Withdrawals + Fiat Sales).
5. Trading Volume = Buy Volume + Sell Volume
6. Rewards will be distributed in the form of Token Voucher.
   Rewards will be distributed within 14 working days after the event ends, subject to eligibility verification and anti-abuse checks. Users can check the rewards in the Vouchers .
7. Subaccounts will not be considered independent participants for this event, multiple accounts under the same identity will be treated as one user. Subaccount trading volume will not be counted towards the main account.
8. Gate US reserves the right to disqualify participants engaging in fraudulent or manipulative activities, including but not limited to fake trading, wash trading, bulk account registration, and other abnormal operations. Violations may result in reward cancellation and account review.
9. Market makers, enterprises, institutions, and affiliate accounts are not eligible for this event.
10. Gate US reserves the right to modify or terminate this promotion in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
