Suppose you encounter any problems while using the wallet Web. In that case, you can click on the robot avatar in the lower right corner of the Web3 homepage, enter your question in the dialog box (as shown in the figure on the right below), and then view the relevant question answers.
If you need to provide feedback on product issues related to your wallet or have any opinions or suggestions about it, go to the “Wallet Center” page, click on the form icon in the lower right corner of the page, and select "Submit a Request."
If you encounter problems while using the wallet App, click on the avatar in the upper left corner of the Web3 homepage, click on “Feedback”, select “Submit a Request,” and enter your question.
