The market moves based on liquidity, and liquidity means lows / highs / support / resistance, however you want to call it, it's the same thing, but usually liquidity stagnates above highs in a down trend or lows in an up trend, so for me $20 makes no sense either is 14$ / 15$ or 26$ up to 30$ (mid term) and then you have the rest targets 55/66 price discovery and so on.

but in this case once the price has regained the highs from $7 it will instantly go to the first target of 14/15 and eventually if the momentum is strong even in 26/30 before a major correction.
