Infrastructure provider Symbiotic announced today that it will launch on the Ethereum Mainnet, becoming the first fully permissionless staking protocol to run in a production environment.
The protocol allows users to stake with any ERC-20 token and implements a slashing mechanism to ensure network security. Multiple projects are planning to deploy applications based on Symbiotic, including Chainbound and Router.
