Canadian Health Company Approves $1 Million in Bitcoin to Diversify Assets

PlantX Life, a health and agriculture e-commerce company, said it wants to adopt Bitcoin (BTC) for $1 million to diversify the company's assets. This decision was made after approval from the company's board of directors and announced by PlantX Life CEO Lorne Rapkin, Monday (11/25).

"As Bitcoin continues to gain traction as a widely accepted and trusted asset class, we see a unique opportunity to strengthen our treasury with a resilient and innovative investment," said Rapkin.

The Canadian company said it will make Bitcoin a part of its treasury management strategy. Rapkin emphasized that BTC can be a safe asset.

Additional information, in addition to Bitcoin investments, PlantX Life remains focused on their core operations, including the development of the Bloombox Club e-commerce platform and a health center in Squamish, British Columbia.
