Odaily Planet Daily News, according to Eric Balchunas, a senior ETF analyst at Bloomberg, on the X platform, BlackRock's IBIT reached a market capitalization of $40 billion in just 211 days (just two weeks ago it reached $30 billion), breaking the record held by IEMG for 1,253 days. IBIT now ranks among the top 1% in terms of assets under management among all ETFs. After only 10 months of establishment, its scale has surpassed all 2,800 ETFs launched in the past decade.
