Yan Bojin, Chief Risk Officer of the China Securities Regulatory Commission and Director of the Issuance Supervision Department, stated that the Capital Market has always attached great importance to guiding listed companies to improve their performance in terms of environment, social responsibility, corporate governance, etc., in order to help the sustainable development of enterprises, as well as the economy, society, and environment. The China Securities Regulatory Commission will continue to improve relevant rules by regarding the disclosure of sustainable development information of listed companies as a fundamental link to promote sustainable development.
