Over the weekend, I chatted with a college classmate who works at a bank, and his asset management advice was:

1. Given the increasingly tense relationship between China and the United States, it is still necessary to allocate some US dollar assets for risk hedging, so that a balanced return can be obtained regardless of which side encounters problems, without everything ending in vain;
2. As an ordinary person, you should not consider making profits through real estate investment at the moment. Only consider buying a house based on whether you have a self-residence demand. If you don't have a self-residence demand, then don't buy a house for investment anymore.
3. If you have extra cash on hand and nowhere to invest, you can consider buying long-term national bonds currently issued by the government, at least to ensure the safety of the principal.#BTC #ETH
