The Stolitsa Group company offers participants of the YeOselya affordable housing lending program 240 apartments in a ready-made building on 7.6. in the Varshavsky residential complex.

The YeOsel program provides for a fixed interest rate for the entire term of the loan — 7%. For citizens of privileged categories, it is only 3%. The minimum initial contribution is 20%. The loan is granted for a period of 20 years.
