According to Moonbeam’s official tweet, the Moonbeam Foundation bid and won the 44th Polkadot Parachain Slot Auction, with a lease period from July 31, 2023 to June 5, 2025. The Moonbeam Foundation self-funds the newly leased slots, extending Moonbeam’s block production capacity until June 2025. Funding from the Moonbeam crowdfunding will remain locked until the end of the original lease term in October 2023.
