Golden Finance reports that on April 25th, local time on April 24th evening, after U.S. President Trump announced a three-week extension of the ceasefire in Lebanon, Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu made his first public statement. In a video speech, he said that Hezbollah in Lebanon is trying to undermine the ceasefire. Netanyahu stated that he had a phone conversation with U.S. President Trump regarding the ceasefire in Iran and Lebanon. He said, “On the Iran issue, I had an excellent conversation with President Trump.” Regarding Lebanon, Netanyahu said, “We will continue to maintain full operational freedom to respond to any threats, including emerging threats. We launched strikes yesterday, and we also launched strikes today.” (CCTV News)
