But honestly, large transfers could just be moving funds or changing addresses, and a hot wallet move doesn't necessarily mean an all-out attack.

I've now come up with a simple trick: if I can't clearly say "I know what this means," and can only think "everyone's rushing," then it's basically my emotions pushing me to add to my position. So I hold back first, check whether it's new buying on the chain or just a simple transfer... If that doesn't work, I go play a couple of rounds of blockchain games to cool off, pause the pixelated mini-drama for now.
