Two Sessions Schedule Preview | March 8: The National People's Congress reviews the draft of the Environmental and Ecological Code, and the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference holds its third plenary session

On the 8th, the fourth session of the 14th National People’s Congress held all-day delegate group meetings, reviewing the draft of the Ecological and Environmental Protection Law in the morning, and reviewing the drafts of the Law on Promoting Ethnic Unity and Progress and the National Development Planning Law in the afternoon.
The fourth session of the 14th National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference held delegate group meetings on the morning of the 8th to discuss the drafts of the Ecological and Environmental Protection Law, the Law on Promoting Ethnic Unity and Progress, and the National Development Planning Law; in the afternoon, the third plenary session was held, where members delivered speeches at the conference.
At 10 a.m. on the 8th, the fourth session of the 14th National People’s Congress held a press conference, inviting Wang Yi, member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and Foreign Minister, to answer questions from Chinese and foreign journalists regarding “China’s foreign policy and foreign relations.”
