Lately, there's been a real overload of information, with dozens of messages popping up in the group chat every time I refresh, and KOLs taking turns sharing their opinions, making people feel itchy. But honestly, the ones who impulsively buy are still themselves... Others are just passing the fire; I'm the one pouring oil on it myself. Especially recently, the "yield stacking" of pledge and shared security systems has been criticized as a set of nested dolls. I was tempted too, but thinking about the complex pool structure, impermanent loss, and exit costs, I immediately wanted to slow down.
Now I prefer to be a step behind: first, leave the news overnight, and see the next day if I still want to get in; if I do act, I’ll start with a small position, sticking to stablecoins and blue-chip tokens to keep my livelihood. Anyway, chasing hot topics in the end mostly just pays tuition for emotions. Slowing down, at least I understand my losses better.
