First Majestic Silver Corp. has filed its annual Form 40-F for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2025, which includes an Annual Information Form and audited consolidated financial statements. Management, along with the CEO and CFO, confirmed the effectiveness of disclosure controls and internal control over financial reporting as of December 31, 2025, with an explicit exclusion for Gatos Silver, Inc., acquired early in 2025. Deloitte LLP provided an attestation report on internal control dated February 18, 2026, and no clawback recovery was required.
