From chasing gains and selling in panic to holding coins with a Zen attitude, what have I experienced?

Thinking back to when I first entered the circle, I would get excited and jump in whenever the K-line rose, and panic and cut losses when it fell, ultimately turning the bull market into a "loss situation." Later, I gradually realized that in the crypto world, slow is fast, and stability is victory.

My current strategy is simple: invest a fixed amount in mainstream coins every month, and during the remaining time, focus on work and life. Days without watching the market have actually helped me sleep better, and my profit curve has become much steadier than before.

Having been lurking in Sesame Square for so long, I've seen many people share similar experiences and feel a strong resonance. In fact, the opponent in the crypto circle is often not the market manipulators, but the restless self.
