Deep Tide TechFlow news: On April 15, according to the Associated Press today (April 15), mediators are close to reaching an agreement to extend the temporary ceasefire between the United States and Iran, and are pushing to restart negotiations. Sources say both sides have “in principle agreed” to extend a ceasefire agreement due to expire on April 22, in order to gain more diplomatic time. The report states that the United States’ blockade of Iranian ports and threats from Iran have created uncertainty over the prospects of a ceasefire. At present, all parties are seeking compromises on key disputes such as Iran’s nuclear program, the Strait of Hormuz, and wartime compensation. (Jin10)
